Will be accepting applications for a lottery for:

2, 3 and 4 bedroom units
Transitional Units (Maximum two years residency)

At the former Naval Air Station in the City of Alameda

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must be:
• Homeless at the time of application
• Income must be less than 50% of Area Median Income.
• Household composition must meet occupancy limits described below.

WHAT IS THE RENT?
• Eligible households will pay 30% of their household income in rent as calculated under HUD regulations.

• Monday, June 9th, 2008 to Friday June 13th, 2008 - 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN PERSON AFTER 4:00P.M. FRIDAY JUNE 13th
